Since its inception, Dainik Odhikar has been dedicated to providing accurate, reliable, and unbiased news to its readers. The platform is published by Odhikar Publications, and its editorial and administrative operations are managed by a highly professional media team based in Chapainawabganj.

The Editor and Publisher of Dainik Odhikar is Md. Nahiduzzaman.

The editorial team is supported by a Chief News Editor, Chief Reporter, and Departmental In-Charges who manage sections such as National, Politics, International, Economy, Sports, Entertainment, Lifestyle, Technology, and Features.

Each department is supported by experienced Sub-Editors and Reporters to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality news content. The Research & Editorial Department develops opinion pieces and editorials under the Editor’s guidance, while the Admin and HR Department manages overall staff, production, and logistics. The Accounts Department oversees financial management and operational functions.
